We're Moving!

So we have been thinking about moving for a long time now and we took the plunge. We have decided to move to the York PA area. We can get more house for the money and I am so ready to get out of this little house. My Christmas wish was to move into a new house and now it seems like it is about to come true! We are already approved for a mortgage, we talked with a listing agent yesterday about selling and we meet with a buyer agent on Sunday to look at houses. We decided that we just need to do this and do it fast. Our plan is to buy the new house first, move out, fix up the condo and then sell it in move in condition. That is of course if the lady that works with Brian who is looking to be a first time homeowner doesn't buy first. This is all so crazy and my head is swimming.

To top it all off I have to start thinking about what to pack for the Disney trip at the end of the week. We are going with mom and dad and Sarah and her clan. Can you imagine all the luggage????
