The hat is out of the bag...

Well I guess the hat is out of the bag now. LOL. So my mom crocheted this hat for Josie that she loves. Well Megan admired it and so I got the pattern and made a hat for Ethan but it was too big but it fit his sister. So now I am making one for her but in "girl" colors. Then it was suggested that it would be cool if all of the "gangs" kids had the same hat. So now I have decided to make a hat for all the kids. It only takes me about an hour or so to make a hat and so far I have just used leftover yarn to make them. It seemed like a good way to use it up, however I seem to have a lot more blue yarns then pink yarns. So I guess I will have to make a stop at Joann's for some yarn. Either that or maybe I can persuade my mom to mail me some of her pink scrap. So be on the look out for hats arriving in the mail but keep in mind that I am trying to move and go on vacation all at the same time.
